The Vampire Face Lift...
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
PRP for face is an anti-ageing procedure. This treatment has become one of the best choices for people who want a natural method of smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles, improving the appearance of sun damage, minimising the appearance of scars and acne marks, and treating dark circles under the eyes.
Approximately 60 mins.
With the PRP for face, you only have to endure minimal discomfort which does not last for very long. The treatment is administered by injection, but topical anaesthetic can be used to numb the skin prior.
After undergoing the PRP it would normally take up to four weeks to begin seeing results. The effects differ between individuals and will depend on age and the condition being treated. Results can last between 12 to 18 months.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
Sometimes called the Blood Facial or Vampire Facial, the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) procedure involves taking blood from your arm and separating the platelets and then injecting these into your skin through needling.
The PRP for face stimulates the production of elastin and collagen which helps to tighten and thicken your skin if it is thinning. With this, your skin will naturally begin to look plumper and tauter. This production of collagen and elastin also helps to smooth fine lines and get rid of wrinkles. In addition, it is an excellent way to improve the general tone and texture of the skin. This treatment is especially beneficial to people who are suffering from acne or rosacea.
The PRP for face procedure is very effective when it comes to treating difficult areas such as the delicate area under the eye where signs of ageing typically begin to show first. These areas can be more difficult to treat with other products available.
The PRP works with a sample of your own blood. It is the platelet-rich plasma from your own blood that is re-injected into your skin to stimulate the production of elastin and collagen and help you get back your youthful appearance. This procedure typically does not introduce harmful materials that may even have the potential to be harmful to you.
PRP is a very safe procedure because it works with your own natural elements. This method of rejuvenating your youth provides you with a very safe and risk-free way to get your youthful looks back.

With the PRP procedure, recovery time is very short. The PRP for face does not typically come with a lot of difficult effects that would require a lot of healing. You may have some redness of the face and small needle marks but that normally doesn’t last long and will be off in no time. Plus, it doesn’t prevent you from going about your daily activities.
